The degreasing and the elimination of shavings from mechanical surfaces is an operation which, if not carried out with the right products, can lead to the excessive spending of time and energy. KPK LIQUIDO is an alkaline liquid detergent which responds to these requirements. Due to its particular formulation, despite being free of nitrate, it possesses significant passivating and anti-oxidising properties. KPK LIQUIDO is a low-foaming detergent which can be used for both spraying and immersion.The product may damage aluminium and aluminium alloys. For these metals, use weak concentrations and brief contact times. Protect from frost.
Dilute the product in water in a quantity of between 2% and 4%. The recommended washing temperature is between 40°C and 70°C: for high-pressure spraying do not go below 45°C. Contact time depends on the type of system used and the conditions of the items to be cleaned. This ranges on average from 3 to 10 minutes.
