The natural origins of biodiesel, present by law at a percentage concentration between 5% and 7% in diesel, leads to the development of algae, fungi, yeasts and moulds in the fuel which can cause corrosion or lead to the blocking of filters and vehicle breakdowns. TEKNO DIESEL is an innovative concentrated multipurpose additive for automotive diesel which can also be used for the latest generation of very high pressure common-rail direct-injection diesel engines.ANTIFREEZING PROPERTIES: additive like WASFI (Wax Anti-Settling Flow Improvement) significantly lowers the freezing point of diesel (by approximately -10°C compared to the standard freezing point), PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES: Significantly improves combustion, lowering exhaust gas emissions and reducing fuel consumption. It increases the cetane. It improves protection against corrosion. It increases stability towards oxidization, makes separation from water more rapid, and reduces internal friction of the engine. PRESERVATIVE/ANTI-ALGAE PROPERTIES Used regularly, It does not just prevent the formation of mucilage, microorganisms and bacteria, including sulphate-reducing bacteria, but allows the decontamination of colonies which are already present as well.If bacterial contamination is particularly consistent, with evident presence of silt or mucilage, an initial shock dosage is recommended. Regular and correct use of TEKNO DIESEL can extend the life of engine and reduce maintenance costs.
1 250 ml bottle of Tekno Diesel for every 50-70 L of diesel. In order to favour the even dispersion of the additive in the fuel it is advisable to dispense 20 L of diesel, stop filling and add the product after having removed the protective seal. Complete refuelling, thus favouring dilution.
